I'm a proud Marine wife who loves her husband, our two lab mixed pups and utilizing my creative bones! My name is Brittany, but I pretty much go by Britt most of the time...or "BZ" if you're talking to my long time friends from home. I fell in love with metalsmithing in college when I took metals classes to complete my minor. With a major in Apparel Design & Manufacturing, it only seemed right to have a jewelrysmithing minor.Coming from a long line of fashionable and stylish women, jewelry and creative artistry has been passed down through my bloodline.

I started my business in November 2007 after numerous job searching and positive reinforcement from my hubby while he was overseas. We had just moved to Camp Lejeune, NC and I was hurdled into the Marine wife life without knowing anyone and so far from home. He didn't want me to be bored or sad while he was deployed, so he suggested I buy some tools of my own and get creative. It wasn't long after that I opened an Etsy store and began expanding my horizons and making custom pieces for people all over the world. It came to be that making jewelry was a true passion I was egar to express. And with that, 3 years, 28 broken saw blades, 342 handmade items, 2 deployments and 2 duty stations later...the rest is history! I love what I do! Aside form doing custom and handmade jewelry I also sew, paint and make antique-ery inspired wine stoppers. And if things were'nt busy enough, we are expecting our first baby boy in early October 2011!
